The Riverside Solar Expansion Project, situated at Stand 3605 (Sub S, R and T) in Riverside, Kitwe, Zambia, showcases a total project capacity of 33.1128MWp. JA Solar supplied the full capacity with its high-efficiency JAM72S30 545W modules, ensuring optimal energy output for the region.
Key Features and Partnerships
This grid-connected project utilized Huawei 200kTl inverters, provided by the esteemed Sinohydro Corporation Limited, serving as the EPC contractor. The project was financed through the balance sheet of Copperbelt Energy Corporation Plc, highlighting a robust collaboration aimed at enhancing Zambia's energy infrastructure.
